African American Museum Cleveland presents Toni Morrison Traveling Exhibit and Community Reading Room featuring Cheri Campbell on June 13, 2026, from 2:00 to 5:00 PM at the African American Museum Cleveland, located at 1765 Crawford Road in Cleveland, Ohio. Cheri Campbell, Local History and Archives Librarian for the Lorain Public Library System, will share information about the Toni Morrison Reading Room, personal stories about Toni Morrison, and the process of creating the exhibit. Community members are invited to create and display their own mini exhibit featuring a favorite Toni Morrison book alongside up to three complementary objects or visual elements. Following the presentation, participants will have the opportunity to discuss their selected book and read a favorite passage aloud. This free, in-person program is open to all participants.
