Judson Park will host the Toni Morrison Reading Series beginning February 9, 2026, with monthly hybrid sessions continuing through February 2027.
Meeting on Monday evenings from 7:00–8:15 PM in the Wick Room at Judson Park and via Zoom, this eight-month reading course explores Toni Morrison’s novels in chronological and historical context. Participants will read selected works including A Mercy, Beloved, Tar Baby, Sula, Jazz, and additional titles throughout the year. Guest presenters and special discussions will accompany select sessions.
All reading and listening levels are welcome. Materials will be available in advance of each meeting, and drop-ins are encouraged. This free series is open to adult participants and is part of the statewide Beloved: Ohio Celebrates Toni Morrison initiative.
