In conjunction with Ohio Celebrates Toni Morrison, the East Cleveland Public Library is hosting a monthly book club focused on Toni Morrison’s novels. In February, the group will read Song of Solomon. Morrison’s third novel follows the life of Macon “Milkman” Dead III, a Black man living in Michigan, from birth to adulthood and his quest to discover his family history. Join us on February 26, 2026, from 4:00–5:30 PM, at the East Cleveland Public Library (14101 Euclid Avenue, East Cleveland) to discuss this novel and begin a yearlong conversation about Morrison’s life and legacy.
